2. Scope
These Terms govern all orders placed through this website. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
We sell to consumers resident in the European Union and the United States. We do not accept orders from other destinations.
Some of your rights differ depending on where you live. Our Returns & Refunds Policy sets out separate terms for EU and US customers, and forms part of these Terms.
3. Products
We are an independent retailer. Product images are provided by the manufacturer and are for illustration; minor variations in colour, finish or packaging may occur.
Trademark notice: all brand names, model designations and logos of the products we sell are the property of their respective owners. We are not the manufacturer and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised representative of any manufacturer whose products we resell.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) for customers in the European Union and in US dollars (USD) for customers in the United States.
All prices are final. No VAT or sales tax is added at checkout, and no import duties or customs charges apply, as goods are dispatched from a warehouse within your own region.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout.
Should an item be listed at a manifestly incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders and contract formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, where payment cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases you will be refunded in full.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of ordering through the payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed over a secure connection. We do not store your card details.
7. Delivery
Delivery terms, timescales and countries served are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Returns and warranty
EU customers have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days and benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years (3 years in Portugal).
US customers may return items that are defective, damaged or incorrect; we do not accept change-of-mind returns in the United States.
All watches are additionally covered by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects. Full details, including how to report a fault, are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
9. Liability
We are liable for damages caused by our failure to perform the contract in accordance with applicable law. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for losses not caused by our breach, or for business losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, layout and original graphics, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. This does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.
EU customers may complain through the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt, or refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution body such as CNIACC or CICAP.
All customers are encouraged to contact us first at info@domuscraveri.com. We aim to resolve every complaint directly and promptly.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
